    • Financial analysis of the Company and the project in order to develop an effective debt to capital ratio
    • Working out optimal structure of financial debt with the use of appropriate debt instruments
    • Agreeing on the objectives, strategy and schedule of the debt process
    • Discussions with selected financial institutions regarding initial transaction parameters (“soft market sounding”)
